I never trust anyone who's more excited about success than about doing the thing they want to be successful at. — Randall Munroe, 18 March 2011
I realised everything I am working on at the moment would potentially produce some results at some undetermined point in the future. I am supposed to make a little step every day, despite no noticeable results, not even for days. It's discouraging. In such situations, many people seem to keep the grand goal in mind and that drives them on. It seems I'm better off locking myself in the present moment and pushing on. When the first, tiny profits start to appear, it gets easier.
