Warm-up

Last year I restarted running several times, but always gave up after a few weeks, hitting the next motivational crisis that affected running and other good things. In one week I'll resume running yet again, after a two-month hiatus. Today I went out for a short run, to make sure I remember which foot goes where, without the stopwatch (but with Reign in Blood!). It was a difficult parody of a training. Next week I'll do some more of these, so that my results are not completely atrocious when I start running seriously. The results from running, and other good things. It sometimes seems that all my success indicators are linked — either all going up, or all plummetting together. For example, this week was just as bad as the run at the end... but next week will be slightly better, and then the one after that...
